Regardless, yet another ‘famous’ girl has changed her look this month, and she looks… familiar.

Amanda Bynes stepped out with a new sun kissed ‘do and she looks nothing short than Cyrus’s twin.

Bynes, who has quit and unquit and quit acting nearly a million times this year alone, has had her share of run-ins with the cops earlier this summer, but she managed to leave the police station long enough to go bright blonde in a salon.
