Poor Bieber, no matter how many tattoos he gets, they all seem to turn out one worse than the last. How does he manage that? Does he not know he has people to research good artists for him and the money to pay for them?

Either way, Bieber has gone under the needle for the eighth time and has come out a little more Hipster than usual. The Beauty And A Beat singer turned to Twitter (as he does with every other ‘big’ event in his life) to show off his new owl tat, which he claims stands for power and wisdom.

We’ll admit that it’s still better than his ‘Believe’ tattoo which looks like it was drawn by a 13 -year-old fangirl, but… really? This owl? You could have done so much better!
