Ever since Disney announced that Boy Meets World is getting the spin-off treatment, there’s been one question on everyone’s mind: Who’s going to be the girl? Bad casting has been the main reason that many spin-offs have failed in the past, but fear not BMW fans, because the girl has been announced and she’s adorable!!!

A widely unknown child actress named Rowan Blanchard has been cast as the 11-year-old daughter of Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel, and she looks as cute and BMW-like as you’d want.

“As soon as Rowan walked into the room, I was reminded of why Ben Savage was loved as Cory Matthews,” said Michael Jacobs, the producer behind the pilot of the new family sitcom. “Rowan is real and accessible and I am hopeful this girl is about to meet a world that will love growing up with her as well.”

The nation-wide search found nearly 2, 000 hopefuls in the final running for the part, but ultimately the coveted part went to Blanchard earlier this week.

We think she looks perfect for the part! What do you think?

First of all, we’re still in shock that Brook Kerr AKA Whitney Russell from Passions is old enough to be Chris Warren of High School Musical‘s mother. Secondly, we’re even more surprised that he’s suing his ma for stealing his money!

According to documents filed by Warren, Russell and her soon-to-be-ex-husband Christopher Warren Sr have stolen and spent hundreds of thousands of dollars of money he earned while still underage.

The lawsuit claims his parents started a trust for him in 2001 that possessed all they money he earned before he was 18, and by the looks of it his parents have been helping themselves to it in a big way. And to make things weirder, Chris says that when he was 21, much over the age he needed to be to make a withdrawal, his parents refused to grant him access.

This is where it gets sketchy, though: Although he claims that his parents have stolen the money, he goes on to say he doesn’t exactly know how much is in there now, or does he know how much they took. We’re going to assume you need that information there, friend.

Either way, it’s never fun when families sue each other. Can’t you just share the money and spread the love?! No…? Oh, alright then. Enjoy Thanksgiving alone this year.

However, the Boy Meets World spin-off Girl Meets World may be the catalyst to a Saved By The Bell spinoff!

Even though Eddie Murphy just had the highest rated TV special on Spike TV and is dating a beautiful model, he is still in need of a comeback and this news won’t help him at all.

Forbes Magazine has made a list of the most overpaid actors and actresses in Hollywood and Eddie Murphy has topped that list.

Imagine That, A Thousand Words and Meet Dave were colossal flops. Last year’s Tower Heist, which was supposed to be something of a return to form for the comedian, failed to wow at the box office, earning $153 million on an estimated budget of $75 million.  Murphy then backed out of hosting the Oscars, which didn’t help his reputation.

It looks like congratulations are in order for X-Factor host Mario Lopez, because the former teen star has wed girlfriend this weekend in a Mexican ceremony.

The Saved By The Bell star and his singer/dancer fiance Courtney Mazza tied the in a beachside ceremony that included their two-year-old daughter Gia playing the role of flower girl.

Naturally as a member of the D-List family, the wedding was recorded for a TV special that will air on TLC next week, December 8th. The special, titled Mario & Courtney’s Wedding Fiesta, will feature both the wedding and the preparation leading up to the big day.

And what did Lopez have to say about adding another addition to his flower girl? “Right after the wedding we’ll wait for the guests to leave and then we’re getting right on that!”

This is the second wedding for the 39-year-old actor, who was previously married to Jesise Spanno actress Ali Landry.

We’re going to be honest: We’ve never seen a single episode of the West Wing and we’re not even sure what Psych is about, but this news definitely hit home for us here at Gossip Overload, because one of our favorite actresses from our childhood is getting a divorce from Dule Hill.

Or, rather, Dule Hill is getting a divorce from her.

Hill filed for legal separation from Nicole Lyn, a Canadian actress who was on one of the best shows of all time, Student Bodies.

The papers were filed with the Los Angeles County Superior Court citing irreconcilable differences as the cause of the split after eight years.

Nicole currently DJs as Ms. Nix in the LA area, but according to her income over the past few years (which is, uh, almost none), we’re going to assume she’ll probably be filing for spousal support in the divorce.

And here we thought her slutty character Laurie needed prayer.

“That’s 70 Show” star Lisa Robin Kelly has been arrested yet AGAIN. However, this time the 42-year-old going on 60 was arrested for assaulting her husband.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Kelly  and her husband were each arrested last night following a violent incident at their home in which they allegedly assaulted each other.

Cops say there were no visible injuries nor were drugs or alcohol were involved. (Are you positive about that?)

Both Kelly and the 61-year-old man are still in custody.

Unfortunately, this is not Lisa Robin Kelly’s first brush with the law. She was charged for domestic assault and charged with a DUI back in 2010.
