At The SAG Awards, most actors and actresses get awarded for playing heroes and heroines onscreen, but for Taye Digg’s, he proved he was a real-life hero after apprehending a man who tried to break into his Los Angeles home last night after the Awards show!
No “Best Actress” Oscar Nominee was safe from The Hunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence this weekend when she hosted Saturday Night Live!
The “Silver Linings Playbook” star used her opening monologue to take jabs at her fellow Oscar nominees by trash talking them in a light-hearted and comedic way.
Referencing her infamous “I Beat Meryl” speech from the Golden Globe awards, Lawrence told the audience “I would never trash talk any of my nominees at the Golden Globes … but the Oscars are another story.”
And then she was off, taking aim at Jessica Chastain, Naomi Watts, Emmanuelle Riva and even little 9-year-old Quvenzhané Wallis.
Eva Longoria definitely put the “tit” in titillatingly at The Golden Globes as she suffered a minor wardrobe malfunction at the after party!
After arriving at the Warner Bros InStyle Golden Globes Party in Beverly Hills, Eva leaned over to expose some thigh for the paparazzi, and ended up popping out a nipple instead.
It’s pretty funny and we’re all sure Eva Longoria got a good laugh out of it since we’ve all seen her nude pictures in the coffee book Asleep At The Chateau, we’re guessing she’s far from mortified!
There were many memorable moments at last night’s Golden Globes Awards, but none were as unforgettable as Jodie Foster’s rambling but awesome speech after accepting the Cecil B DeMille lifetime achievement award.
She used her five-minute speech to sort of address her sexuality for the first time even suggesting that she had come out to everyone she had met personally, but joked that now we live in a society that needs to address all private details about oneself to the media.
There was laughter, but the room at the Beverly Hilton hotel in Los Angeles fell silent as it appeared Foster, 50, had a serious point to make.
Foster said: “I already did my coming out about a thousand years ago, back in the stone age. In those very quaint days when a fragile young girl would open up to trusted friends and family, coworkers and then gradually, proudly, to everyone who knew her. To everyone she actually met.
“But now, apparently I’m told, that every celebrity is expected to honour the details of their private life with a press conference, a fragrance and a primetime reality show. You guys might be surprised, but I am not Honey Boo Boo child.”
It was her first red carpet appearance since giving birth to her daughter, but unlike every single other female celebrity in the world, there has barely been a word spoken about Adele’s post-baby body.
The British singer was nominated for Best Original Song for Skyfall from the James Bond Skyfall soundtrack, and she made her first red carpet appearance since popping out her little one. But in a shocking turn of events, the media concentrated on her Golden Globe nomination instead of her new body, which would normally be a good thing, but is it because her talent is really worth talking about, or is it because we’re all too scared to pick on the fat girl?
Now, if you ask us, we think Adele looks amazing. Her body now is almost better than it was before she had her baby, but even a comment like that would warrant us a side-eye from the rest of the media since there seems to be a radio silence placed on any issue that has to do with her size. When did it only become okay to talk about the baby weight gain and weight loss of former boarderline-anorexics?
Regardless of what she looked like, Adele surprised a lot of people by taking the trophy home, causing Taylor Swift to make one of the most sour ‘holy shit I didn’t win’ faces we’ve ever seen. Congratulations to the new mom on her big win!
The rumor mill has been having a field day since recently nominated Silver Linings Playbook co-stars Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper have both “coincidently” broke up with their significant others Zoe Saldana and Nicholas Hoult right after their nomination announcements.
It was only fair to assume that that the steamy on-screen couple would in fact be dating off-screen as well, but alas, Bradley Cooper has recently cleared the rumors.

The MTV Movie Awards are definitely good for booking some awesome hosts for their shows, who often provide more outrageous entertainment than the awards that are actually given out. Years past have seen hosts like Sarah Jessica Parker, Lindsay Lohan and Russell Brand take to the stage – with various levels of success. For the upcoming awards (set to air April 14th) the show has just announced that funny girl of the moment Rebel Wilson will be the host! We can’t think of a better choice!
Not only have we been loving Rebel in scene-stealing roles in films like Bridesmaids and Pitch Perfect (not to mention the excellent but barely seen Bachelorette!) she has also proven to be a hilarious comedian when not on film, becoming a popular guest for talk shows. She even filled in as host for Chelsea Lately recently!
