After a year of crazy stories regarding paparazzi and the dangers they’ve been imposing on celebrities, it looks like they’ve managed to put the danger on themselves this time as a paparazzi was killed this morning after trying to get a picture of Justin Bieber’s Ferrari.

The photographer, Chris Guerra, was trying to get a picture of Justin Bieber in his car as it was being pulled over by the cops, but when the photog was told to go back to his car he was struck by an oncoming SUV while jogging across the street.

Sources close to Bieber, as well as the cop that had the car pulled over, have confirmed that Bieber was NOT in the Ferrari when it was pulled over, but he was driving the vehicle earlier that day.

Earlier that day Guerra had called his photography agency and claimed that he was on a big story: According to the paparizzo he had spotted Justin smoking marijuana out of a pipe while driving and decided to stay on the trail in an attempt to get a picture of Justin smoking in action. But when the sports car left the Four Seasons hotel where the Biebs was staying, he mistakenly assumed that Justin was in the vehicle, a mistake that ultimately cost him his life.

Bieber released a statement expressing his hopes that this will turn into a positive by having new laws against paparazzi put in place. No word has been released from Guerra’s family.

Looks like today’s word of the day is ‘scandal.’ Kevin Clash, the man who has voiced Elmo since the iconic show first began, has been accused of having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old.

The accuser, who is now 23, met with the Sesame Workshop lawyers to let them know that when he was 16 and Clash was 45 they had consensual sex regularly, which would qualify as statutory rape.

Clash has admitted that he and the accuser did have a relationship, but it began only after he had turned 18.

Rumor has it that Sesame was initially trying to muzzle the accuser, but he decided that he wanted to bring ‘rightful attention’ to the situation, so he hired Andreozzi and Azzociates, who were the firm that represented one of the victims in the Jerry  Sandusky child rape case.  Read more…

Red may be one of the fastest selling albums of all time, but that doesn’t mean that it’s one of the most unique: It looks like the singer has taken the liberty of helping herself to other artists’ lyrics.

If you haven’t heard of Matt Nathanson before, then don’t worry, you’re not alone. Until today we hadn’t heard of him, either. But Taylor Swift has. In at least two previous concerts, Taylor was spotted with Nathanson’s lyrics written on her arm, so there’s no doubt she’s a fan. And now, according to Matt, she’s also a thief.

In Taylor’s song All Too Well from her new album Red, A line in the song reads: “And I forget about you long enough to forget why I needed to,” which is nearly word-for-word for a song of Nathanson’s titled I Saw from his 2003 album Beneath These Fireworks, which reads: “And I’ll forget about you long enough to forget why I needed to.”

Now it’s not the most unique lyric in the world, but the fact that she’s obviously a fan of his work makes it seem a little fishy.

Whaaaat the hell? How did he think he was going to get away with this one? Jack Scalia, the star of Dallas (and 72 other movie and TV shows, according to his IMDB) was arrested this morning when he tried to bring a gun on a plane at LAX.

According to police reports filed by the LAX officers, Scalia was making his way through the Terminal 7 security scan when a TSA agent found a 9mm Glock in his carry-on. Even weirder than that  is the fact that while searching him after finding the gun, the TSA agent also found a toy police badge in his pocket.

Although the gun was unloaded, Scalia remains in custody and will most likely be facing charges.

Remember that time we all thought Britney Spears was on drugs because she seemed to have gone cray and shaved her head? Well turns out we were probably right, because new court statements are claiming that Britney shaved her head in a drug-fuled rage because she was afraid people would find out she was on Crystal Meth through her hair.

Sam Lufti, that weird guy who used to follow Britney around in for a few years in the late 2000′s calling himself her manager, was in court yesterday to testify in a lawsuit he has against the pop star, and in his testimonial he dropped some pretty big bombs.

According to Lufti, Britt was on so much Crystal Meth at the time that she developed a paranoid personality and was convinced that a judge would test her hair for hard drugs and revoke custody of her two sons, so she shaved her head in an attempt to dispose of the evidence.

Damn girl, your life was all shades of messed up back in the day! What do you think of the accusations– Was Britt that into drugs back in the day, or did she just want to start fresh with her hair?

So last month word came out about Bam Margera’s PSYCHO stalker, and now Bam is opening up about exactly what happened that night.

If you didn’t already know, Margera woke up to a woman kissing him in his bedroom. When he realized it wasn’t his girlfriend, he picked up the phone to call 911 and THAT’S WHEN SHE LAID DOWN AND STARTED MASTURBATING. Clearly she’s of sound mind and is a totally normal person.

Margera joined Tony Hawk in a YouTube video where Bam explains every detail of what went down, including the fact that he thinks the stalker gave him herpes. But we’re sure that was just being polite– You should never break into someone’s home without leaving a gift behind, right?

Looks like everyones favorite ginger has gotten himself in a little bit of trouble! Shaun White was arrested and booked last night after acting like a royal jack ass in a Nashville hotel.

TMZ is reporting that the Olympic gold medalist got was so drunk last night that trashed his room, pulled several fire alarms (which caused the hotel to vacate), and split his head open while trying to run from the hotel staff who were confronting him.

Here’s where it gets ridiculous (or hilarious, depending on how you look at it): A bystander saw the altercation and noticed White was trying to leave in a taxi, so he tried to stop White from getting in the cab which is when White kicked the guy! Who kicks these days?! That’s when the snowboarder tried to flee on foot only to collide with the good samaritan which caused him to fall backwards head-first into a fence.

White’s rep has yet to respond to a request for comment.

Adam Yauch, better known as MCA to fans of the mega-popular rap-rock group the Beastie Boys, has ensured in his last will and testament that any music or likeness of music produced by, recorded by or associated with the Beastie Boys will never be used in commercials or any other media to sell a product.

So what’s that mean? Unlike what happened with artists like Louis Armstrong, Kurt Cobain, Joey Ramone and Joe Strummer, MCA will never have his music used to hawk Oxy Clean during an episode of Breaking Bad.

The official document reads:

“Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, in no event may my image or name or any music or any artistic property created by me be used for advertising purposes.”

We have no problem when people with no talent become famous anymore. I mean, we’ve let Kristen Stewart continue to make movies despite the fact that she can’t emote her face beyond her “I don’t give a fuck” stare, but we just can’t help but wonder… How the fuck is Chris Brown still famous?

The ‘singer’ (and we’re using that term as loosely as possible) was asked about the rising openly bisexual R&B favorite Frank Ocean, to which he simply responded with: “No homo.”

No homo? Really, Chris Brown? No homo? That’s what you have to say when someone asks you about arguably the most talented R&B act to emerge in the new millennium? Good to see that his anger management classes have taught him to filter his slanderous comments.

This isn’t the first time that Brown has used derogatory terms towards members of the LGBT community. After beating up Rihanna back in 2010, he had several extremely public outbursts that ended with him using words like ‘gay’ and ‘faggot’ in demeaning ways. His latest “No homo” comment doesn’t come as a surprise when his past is taken into consideration, but it is a surprise that this will likely be yet another offense that his fans will sweep under the rug.

In the past three years, Brown has been criminally charged with the physical abuse of a woman, has thrown a chair through a window at Good Morning America after getting frustrated with a question he was asked, started a brawl that caused nearly $5 million in damages in a New York club, has performed at the Grammys, and has had a platinum selling album. There’s something a little off with this, isn’t there?
