Well this isn’t going to end well for Cee Lo Green. The F*** You Singer was recently accused of sexual battery, and according to a new secretly recorded phone conversation, that might be more true than originally thought.

The unnamed woman who filed a police report with the LAPD against the X-Factor host claimed that the he took her to a Los Angeles restaurant, drugged her drink with MDMA (a pure form of ecstasy), and brought her back to his place to have unconsensual sex. When the accusations first began, it was hard to believe Green’s soft personality would be the type to date rape someone, but it looks as though we may have give him too much benefit of the doubt.

Several officers of the Los Angeles Police Department have confirmed reports that the woman does have a conversation taped with the singer where he repeatedly apologizing for giving her MDMA and having intercourse with her while she was under the influence. Although the tape never has Cee Lo admitting that he put the drug in her drink, his consistent apologies suggests that he knows he had done something wrong. 

Conflicting reports have come from the case since it was filed. Cee Lo’s team claims that not only did the accuser try to get money out of the singer before going to the police, but they also made the point that if there was such a tape, he would already be under arrest. Meanwhile other reports claim that her lawyer didn’t contact his team for money, but to find out whether or not he has any communicable diseases.
