After VARIOUS car crashes, DUIs and hit and runs over the past few months, the former Nickelodeon actress is still up to no good when it comes to her life behind the wheel– TMZ spotted the D-lister smoking weed behind the wheel several times throughout the day before driving off.
Bynes was smoking through a pipe while waiting in a parking lot for a taco chain before lighting up again before going into a spa for three hours. And, if that’s not enough for you, she did it one more time before walking into a Home Depot!
And to add into to the mess that is her life, she’s driving illegally! The DMV suspended her license back on August 25 because of her April DUI, but that doesn’t seem to be stopping her from going anywhere no the open roads.

Amanda Bynes was formally charged with a DUI – which she has now rebuffed, having her lawyer enter a Not Guilty plea. Bynes has become tabloid fodder in the last couple of months after swiping a cop car and refusing to take a breathalyzer test to see if she was under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Her Not Guilty plea comes on the hells of her preposterous tweet to President Obama asking him to fire the cop that arrested her. Seriously. She wrote ”Hey @BarackObama…I don’t drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don’t hit and run. The end.”

Of course she’s not the next Amanda Bynes, though she did a good job of letting her hair down and partying with the best of them the other night in Cartegena, Columbia. The Secretary of State was in town for the VI Summit of the Americas and it looks like she decided to blow off a little steam at the end of it.
Hilary Clinton, 64, looked relaxed and happy at Cafe Havana where she and her cohorts (twelve of them) reportedly ordered whiskey, waters and a dozen beers. Though Clinton only stayed for about a half hour, getting into the bar after midnight, it looks like she made the most of her time there!

We all read about Amanda Bynes getting arrested for a DUI after swiping a cop car a couple days ago, but now her father, Rick Bynes, has piped in. What does he have to say for his daughter?
“She was not drunk. I was told that she blew a zero on the Breathalyzer. She didn’t have a single drink that night. My daughter doesn’t drink. She was arrested because she was upset and very emotional. She is a good girl. She just chooses not to work, and because of that, people go after her.”
