Guess Bobby Brown thought he’d kill two birds with one stone because yesterday in Hawaii, less than 24 hours after he performed in a concert in Honolulu, Bobby Brown married his fiancee Alicia Etheredge. Just weeks after the death of her mother Whitney Houston, Bobbi Kristina has allegedly gotten engaged. The fiancé is a little surprising– it’s Kristina’s adopted brother Nick Gordon.
Nearly 10 years ago, Houston took in the then 12-year-old Gordon after he was having family troubles and immediately began calling her his. She raised him in the same home has Kristina was raised, whom began living as Gordon’s sister when she was merely 8-years-old.
Now Kristina’s grandmother, Cissy Houston, is stepping out saying what we’re all thinking, that “What [Bobbi and Nick] are doing is incestuous.” Well yeah, he’s her brother!

In case you’ve been living under a rock, Whitney Houston‘s funeral was on Saturday and unfortunately a lot of the talk on that day wasn’t about Whitney herself, but the fact that her ex-husband Bobby Brown left the funeral early. While early speculation was that he had been turned away from attending, he has now explained the curious incident. He says: “My children and I were invited to the funeral of my ex-wife Whitney Houston. We were seated by security and then subsequently asked to move on three separate occasions. I fail to understand why security treated my family this way and continue to ask us to move. In light of the events, I gave a kiss to the casket of my ex-wife and departed as I refused to create a scene. My children are completely distraught over the events. (I will) continue to pay my respects to my ex-wife the best way I know how. This was a day to honor Whitney. I doubt Whitney would have wanted this to occur.” While the doesn’t completely explain it all, and other reports suspect that he left after he was kept from seeing their daughter, Bobbi Kristina, it does give us a little more insight into what happened.
