Yes, we know it’s a very easy reference to mention ‘It’s Britney, Bitch’ when talking about Britney Spears, but in this case it is actually relevant! Britney is not someone who appears on a lot of other artists’ songs but she’s made an exception for Will.I.Am, appearing on his new single Scream & Shout, which will be the lead track from his upcoming album #willpower (yes, that’s the real name, unfortunately…) which is due to be released in the first half of December. Let us tell you, we LOVE it! Featuring a sample from Britney’s own Gimme More, it’s going to be massive in the clubs and we can’t wait to shake it to it! In fact, we’ve been doing it in the Gossip offices all day!

Britney Spears is certainly all over the place at the moment. You would think her high-profile judging gig on The X Factor would be monopolizing most of her time, but she’s still fit in time to create a new campaign for her upcoming fragrance Fantasy Twist. While this fragrance doesn’t really seem to be new, as it is half her fragrance Fantasy and half her fragrance Midnight Fantasy, it is a new spin on the two by combining them in one handy bottle.

Looking good! The first official pic of Britney Spears and Demi Lovato holding court as judges for the upcoming season of The X Factor has just come out and we’re loving the looks of it.

Demi seems perfectly at home as a judge and it’s cute the way Britney is snuggling up to Simon like that. Britney and Demi have been tweeting up a storm talking about how happy they are to be judges and Britney even took time to dispel rumors that she walked off set, saying: ”#Britneywalksoff??? LOL was just taking a little break people. I am having the BEST time!!!”

Britney Spears is that much closer to becoming a new judge on X-Factor after meeting with the judge handling her conservatorship to discuss the job opportunity.

The pop princess, her father Jamie Spears, and her soon-to-be-hubby Jason Trawick met with Judge Reva Goetz on Thursday to beg her to let her be on the show. An insider says the formality was a simple stepping stone on Britney’s path back to the limelight.

“Britney’s team is almost ready to sign the contract for her to become a judge on X Factor. Before the contract is signed, the lawyers needed to get approval from Judge Reva Goetz, as all business transactions, contracts, etc., need to get formal approval.” Read more…
