George Clooney and his girlfriend Stacy Keibler tried to put an end to all the rumors of breakup by pulling a very touchy feely appearance on the red carpet for the premiere of ARGO last night.

In the pictures above, you can see Keibler in a daring black dress that Clooney can’t keep his hands off.

This is the first time they have been seen together since they were rumored to be broken up and remarkably they haven’t been photographed since March!

The smoldering A-list star was arrested in Washington, D.C when he crossed the police line for the protest he was leading over the Sudan crisis in front of the Sudanese Embassy in D.C.

Each year, the Academy Award nominees get invited to participate in a luncheon together for one last hurrah before they’re bitter towards whoever wins their category forever.

This year marks the 84th year of the celebration, and yesterday the stars came out in record numbers to participate in the lunch.

Among those attending were George Clooney, Glen Close, Brad Pitt, Jonah Hill and Melissa McCartney.

Vanity Fair has some of the most popular yearly features in their magazines including their Young Hollywood and Comedy editions, but they’re taking things in a familiar direction this month with their 2012 Hollywood Issue, which will hit news stands in February.

The cover shoot, which showcases 11 rising stars wearing sating dresses and giving the mag a bodoir feel, included two newcomers who are already nominated for Oscars. Among the girls in the shoot are Girl with the Dragon Tattoo’s Rooney Mara, The Help’s Jessica Chastain, the other Olsen Elizabeth, Mission Impossible’s Paula Patton and George Clooney’s on-screen daughter shailene Woodley.
