Leighton Meester is an American actress and singer best known for her work on the popular CW teen drama Gossip Girl. Meester was born in a woman's prison, where her mother was serving jail time.

Blair Waldorf may have just walked down the isle in Gossip Girl, but actress Leighton Meester claims that she has no plans to follow in the fictitious socialite’s footsteps.
In this month’s issue of Marie Claire, Meester opened up about her lack of desire to start a family.
“I’m not sure I ever want to get married. The only time a relationship is good is when you really love them,” said the star. “I don’t want to hang out with some guy I just like.”
Uhh… then wouldn’t the logical solution here to be marrying someone you love? Isn’t that the point of marriage anyways?!
Regardless, Meester says that her two-year failed relationship with Gossip Girl co-star Sebastian Stan has nothing to do with her aversion to marriage– She just thinks it’s not for her.
We’re actually a little sad about this! We have a feeling her wedding would have been quite the bash.
