Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen have gone from the TV Tanner twins to tween d-list movie stars to fashion icons, and they’re planning to continue their runway domination by hiring one of the biggest names in fashion to work on their line, The Row.
In an announcement made to WWD (the online fashion bible) Mary-Kate announced that Prada’s CEO/ President of Prada’s American label, FranCois Kress, has been hired to head The Row through 2013.
“He quickly became the obvious choice for us and for the brand, having experience in multiple categories which we feel is essential for growth of The Row,” said Mary-Kate.
