Remember that drool-worthy wool coat-dress Kate Middleton wore to the National Portrait Gallery? The Duchess of Class rocked the frock as only a princess could and proudly told us it was by discontinued designer label Jesire. But she did NOT mention that she got it secondhand.
Sources say Kate bought the dress at a consignment – we repeat, consignment – shop in Berkshire, close to her family’s home. The shop itself, The Stock Exchange, says they’ve never seen her in the store, but reportedly sent an assistant to do her bin digging for her!
