After a public stint in the hospital from miscellaneous drugs, Demi Moore has checked into rehab.

E! News has confirmed that Moore has checked into Cirque Lodge Addiction Treatment Center in Sundance, Utah.

“She’s on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people,” a source told the entertainment network.

Moore is far from the first celebrity to grace the halls of the Cirque Lodge. The rehab center has previously housed stars including Eva Mendes, Mary-Kate Olseon, and the rehab queen herself, Lindsay Lohan.

Moore’s rep declined an invitation to comment on details of the matter, but they did confirm that Demi is actively seeking treatment for ‘physical issues’.
