Nothing puts a kink in your plans to have a care-free championship run (let’s be serious here, those OKC boys aren’t going to make it very tough for the Heat) than having your cray ex-wife try to steal your children.

Dwayne Wade, current boyfriend of Gabrielle Union and the second most important of Miami’s Big Three, is getting the extra stress of legal troubles this week as word is coming out Wade’s ex-wife, Siohvaughn Funches-Wade, was arrested after attempting to abduct their two children.

Funches-Wade was charged with two counts of attempted child abduction, two counts of unlawful visitation interference, and one count of resisting arrest after trying to take the two children from Wade outside of her allotted visitation from Wade, who has primary custody of their two children.

Funches-Wade posted her bond of $10,000 and she’ll have to defend herself in court this August, but we can’t see this being the last of their troubles! Wade and his ex have been battling it out in public ever since their divorce in 2010.
