How is it that it’s almost two decades later, yet the Mickey Mouse crew is still reigning the online rumor mills? Only a few days after *Nsyncer Justin Timberlake tied the knot, rumors have started to spread that Britney Spears is following suit and will be married within the year.

According to ‘insiders’ (AKA Perez Hilton is probably making this up, but we’re excited about it regardless so we thought we’d pass along the rumor), Britney is preparing to marry her manager-fiance Jason Trawick within weeks of the X-Factor finale, which means she could be married before the calendar hits 2013!

We noticed that Britt has been looking better than ever, hitting the gym and the hair salon more often than usual lately,  but that might have less to do with her X-Factor appearance than we thought!

According to an insider, “She’s put a treadmill into her X Factor­ ­dressing room and is making sure she’s ­jogging as often as she can… It’s very much a countdown to the nuptials right now… we’re ­talking within weeks.”

If Britney is planning to walk down the isle, then we bet she’s hoping that the third time really is a charm!
