This is our nightmare! Thanks to the recent casting announcement of a new Mindy Kaling project, it seems more and more likely that Bill Hader is exiting Saturday Night Live at the end of this season.

Kaling has signed Bill Hader to join her new unnamed Fox comedy pilot about Kaling’s OB/GYN career soaring while her personal life with her boyfriend (Hader) flops.

Ed Helms has also signed on to join the powerhouse comedy duo, which raises another question: What’s going to happen to the office? If Kaling and Helms, two regulars on the NBC comedy, are going to be participating in the new Fox show, what does that mean for the future of The Office? Are they leaving, or is the show coming to a close?

The show raises several questions about the future of their current projects, but we have to say– We’re saddest about Hader! No more Stephan on weekend update? How will we survive?!
