Does Jennifer Lawrence have what it takes to star in The Glass Castle?

 Jennifer Lawrence, with her Oscar nominated role in Winter’s Bone and the positive reviews she’s gotten for her performance in The Hunger Games is fast gaining a reputation as a pretty strong actress.

The Glass Castle is a memoir of the well known gossip columnist Jeanette Walls and it chronicles Walls’ childhood, recounting her experiences growing up with four siblings in a “dysfunctional but vibrant” family. Although this could be pretty heavy material, since Lawrence has already performed well as a member of a very disfunctional family in Winter’s Bone, we think she would kick this role’s butt!
