This week has been a typical week with Lilo news (wardrobe malfunctions), but although we’re used to hearing about Lindsay’s poor driving skills, it looks like she was in a horrific car accident this afternoon.

TMZ reported that Lindsay Lohan was in a bad car accident and is in the emergency room at an L.A. hospital.

According to TMZ, Lindsay Lohan was driving her black Porsche on the Pacific Coast Highway when it slammed into the back of an 18 wheeler. The Porsche is totaled.  The passenger window was shattered and the rear bumper was fully off her car.

No word on her condition, although sources told TMZ she seems ok.  Doctors are performing tests.

Can somebody revoke this woman’s license, already?? This is ridiculous!!!
