Breaking news here on Gossip Overload. Apparently Lindsay Lohan struck someone with her car while leaving a club early this morning. Early reports said that no one had claimed injury, but now it looks like the person struck has been taken to the hospital and will be pressing charges. For more information, read on!
Lindsay Lohan was in a new Porsche when she left the Sayers Club in Hollywood right after midnight Wednesday. She was driving out of the parking lot and was blocked by paparazzi and bystanders around the nearby Hookah Lounge. A 26-year-old manager was standing by his car when Lindsay was attempting a 3-point turn and she grazed his knee and his car, she then drove off. It was said that the manager didn’t know who Lindsay was at first and he told the paparazzi on scene and police that he didn’t need medical attention.
*Lindsay may have been the one who called police to protect herself from paparazzi, and that’s why cops came.
Cops say the manager was told that Lindsay Lohan was the driver of the car but he wasn’t from this country and didn’t know who she was. A short time later he began complaining he was injured.
The manager who Lindsay struck has gone to the emergency room and we’re told he is going to press charges and hire an attorney. Cops told us they will open a hit-and-run investigation if the manager files a report.
Scary for Lindsay, since if this happens it will be considered a violation of her parole and she could be tossed back in prison!
