I guess Lindsay Lohan thought that she was free to act the damn fool since Amanda Bynes is becoming “the new Lilo,” but alas, Lindsay is defending her title as the most dysfunctional celeb since she was recently arrested for a hit and run car accident this morning.  We wonder what scathing tweet she will have about Amanda Bynes after she gets out of jail!

TMZ was the first to discover that Lilo was arrested after leaving the scene of an accident early this morning after allegedly clipping a pedestrian in downtown Manhattan.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Lindsay was pulling in to park her Porsche Cayenne near the Dream Hotel in downtown NYC when — at a very low speed — she allegedly hit the knee of a 30-something year old guy. That was around shortly after midnight.

They were also told someone called police while Lindsay was inside … and when she walked out of the hotel — around 2:30AM ET — officers arrested her.

As Lindsay was taken into custody she frantically screamed, “Call my dad!  Call my dad!”

According to their sources,  Lindsay was taken to the station, fingerprinted, photographed and booked for leaving the scene of an accident — a misdemeanor — and then released with a desk appearance ticket , meaning she did not have to pay bail before release.

Shockingly, alcohol was not involved.

The alleged victim was hospitalized, however he did not show any signs of visible injuries, which has led Lindsay Lohan to believe that she was set up.

Considering Lilo was already involved in another car accident just a few months ago, this doesn’t look good for her already overflowing record.

We think this woman has been given one too many chances to redeem herself and should have her license and celebrity privileges revoked from her already!

Sorry Lilo, but we’re just sick of your stupid antics! Throw the book at her, already! Enough is enough!
