Looks like Bosh getting stuck in an embarrassing loss to the Dallas Mavericks during the playoffs hasn’t been his only battle this year; the Miami Heat star is stuck in the middle of a nasty custody battle with his baby mama.

Bosh has filed a custody case in Maryland stating that his 3-year-old daughter’s mother, Allison Mathis, hasn’t spoken to him since April of last year, which has stopped him from seeing his daughter as much as he’s legally allowed to.

The documents say that Mathis has ignored multiple requests to see his daughter trinity, and has cut short most scheduled visits he does get with her.

A court date was originally set for July 12th, but we’re being told that Bosh is having the date changed as it conflicts with the US Olympic team’s training schedule, which Bosh is a player on.

A basketball player that is going out of his way to actually see his daughter?! This sounds like a nice twist on the norm!
