The “S” in the photo above may be for “super slut,” however A-list actress Mila Kunis played the role of a real-life heroine over the weekend after coming to the rescue of a man suffering from a seizure at her home.

The unnamed 50-year-old, who works at Kunis’ Los Angeles property, suffered a major seizure on Saturday and was choking and vomiting blood after biting through his tongue, according to TMZ.com.

Kunis then rushed over to help and held his head to the side to prevent him choking, while her friend called the police.

Paramedics attended the scene and transported the man to hospital, where he has since made a full recovery.

Maybe this heroic act will make people forget about her alleged romance with former That’s 70′s star co-star, Ashton Kutcher.
