The starlette, who was spotted just last week looking majorly happy and potentially suicidal, seems to have flipped her mood as she’s all smiles in her newest set of pictures.

Cyrus hasn’t sported blonde this light since her wig-wearing days during her Hannah Montana series, but clearly girlfriend can rock the look.
