Although Miley Cyrus doesn’t look like Kat Von Dee, she does have more than a handful of tattoos. Miley has a grand total of 15 tattoos now, the newest edition is a quote by Teddy Roosevelt. Keep reading to find out exactly what the tattoo says.

This is by far the largest tattoo that Miley Cyrus has gotten and she has chosen something that is pretty interesting. The quote is from a speech that Teddy Roosevelt said back in 1910 at the Sorbonne in Paris, France. Here’s the quote she has on her arm.

 

“So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat.”
