When the hell does Ryan Seacrest find time for sleep??
He’s already the host of the biggest reality show on TV, American Idol, he produces almost all E! reality shows (including your obvious favorite, Keeping Up With The Kardashians), hosts a radio show, was in a movie this year, and now he’s in the middle of creating his own television network? Seriously, when does he stop?!
Sources have leaked that Seacrest and Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban are re-branding Cuban’s HDNET as AXS TV, which will start using the new name this summer.

The network is going to feature both live lifestyle programs as well as live entertainment that’s targeted towards pop culture junkies. Sooo… They’re making MTV?
But count your lucky stars (or unlucky, if you like butterfaces. We kid, we love Ryan!), because Seacrest has come out to say he’s not going to be a face for the channel, but simply a creator.
“[AXS TV] will not be the Ryan Seacrest channel… it will not be branded with my name or my face. My role would be to hope to provide content for them, but primarily it would be an ownership role,” says Seacrest.
We’ve long been wondering who was going to take over as the new Oprah after she retired, but we never thought it would be the host of Kelly Clarkson’s old show!
