Steve Jobs is really getting the star treatment when it comes to his biopic! The Social Network’s writer Aaron Sorkin will be writing the screenplay for the upcoming Steve Jobs film. A word on Aaron Sorkin

Aaron Sorkin has been in demand ever since he did the screenplay for David Fincher’s The Social Network. His smart, fast paced screenplay is said to be even better than the biography that it was based on. Sorkin’s past screenplay works also include A Few Good Men, Moneyball with Brad Pitt, and the TV The West Wing, amongst others. With a biopic about Steve Jobs, Sorkin could find himself with another Oscar!

It’s based on more than forty interviews with Jobs conducted over two years, as well as interviews of Jobs’s family and coworkers. The biography focuses mostly on his professional life, but considering how much drama went on at Apple during Jobs time there…this isn’t a problem.
