Two exciting bits of news for Lindsay Lohan fans hoping for a proper comeback! First of all, if any of you caught the hilarious Maya Rudolph hosting Saturday Night Live this weekend, you might have been shocked to see that Lindsay is scheduled to host when the show returns live in two weeks. And paired up with musical guest Jack White, it’s bound to be a great night. It will be Lohan’s fourth time hosting but the first in several years and she’s proved a reliable host in the past so here’s hoping she can turn on the charm and be the fun and funny host we know she can be!

Secondly, it’s almost 100% confirmed that if Lohan stays out of trouble she will be taking the lead role in the upcoming Lifetime biopic Liz And Dick, about the late Elizabeth Taylor. While a TV movie might not be considered a massive success for the former star of Mean Girls, it’s certainly a step in the right direction and one that echoes what former wild child Drew Barrymore did when she was returning to prominence.
