Usher’s ex-wife, Tameka Foster, has filed new court documents in her custody war against the singer stating, basically, that Usher’s a dick who doesn’t care about the death of her young son.

Usher recently filed a request to push back the custody hearing, stating that it would cause “unnecessary stress and strain” on himself and his children, and that he’s worried a judge wouldn’t rule against a grieving mother. But according to Tameka, all of that is bullshit!

The singers ex told her lawyer that all of Ushers claims are completely bogus, and that Usher didn’t even care that his step son died. According to Tameka, he only visited his step-son once during the 15-day stretch he was on life support for, and that he simply ‘didn’t care about him when they were married.’ Them some fighting words!

Tameka went on to say that she begged Usher to Tweet a message asking his fans to pray for Kile, but he refused and instead followed her requests up with a Tweet of his breakfast with the caption “Breakfast of Champions.”
