This must be like Sophie’s Choice for hair-rock fans. Richie Sambora is single again, so on one hand you can try to sleep with him, but on the other hand he just split with Denise Richards, and you know that girl is riddled with post-Sheen STD’s.

According to Celebuzz, an insider has confirmed that the couple has called it quits yet again.

“They had an epic argument in Nashville and Denise told Richie she couldn’t continue the relationship any longer,” said the insider.

The two originally dated for nearly 3 years before splitting in 2007, and reunited again this January in an attempt to rekindle their relationship.

But this may not be the last time we see Richards with an ex! Last week Charlie Sheen revealed to Rolling Stone Magazine that he would love to have sex with Denise again. We can’t help but wonder if that  has anything to do with her sudden decision to call it quits?

Let’s be serious here, Denise, Sambora can get you closer to Bon Jovi. Sheen can only get you closer to a few strippers and a Scarface pile of coke. We think you know what the better option is here.
