Are Wilmer Valderrama and Rumer Willis dating? By the looks of their weekend Cancun getaway, it sure does look like it.

The former That 70′s Show star was spotted cozying up to his former co-star Ashton Kutcher’s step-daughter, Rumor Willis.

The duo were there to break ground on the newest Hard Rock Hotel, which is the fist in Mexico, and partygoers noted that they two weren’t shy while getting close! Apparently Rumor and Wilmer were all over each other while taking poolside shots and were spotted entering Valderrama’s hotel room together in the early morning hours.

Dating your friend’s step-daughter? Isn’t that a big no-no??
